After I pay the investment to join. Are there any other fees?

Yes, after your initial investment -30 days later will start the $89.00 monthly administration fees.

Do I have to pay for training?

No, we have live training, 1:1 training, and on-demand training. Also free training with our preferred vendors and much more.

Is this an hourly position as well as a commission?

This is a commission-only business.

Are there required hours I must work?

No, this is your business to run hours as you want. You can work part-time, full-time, just on weekends.

How do I get paid?

Commissions are paid out on the 15th and the last day of the month. We work directly with ADP for commission deposits.

So I am not an employee?

After 12 months in the program, any agent enrolled on or after the aforementioned date that has not made more than their enrollment fee and monthly fees will be paid the difference by Evolution & Archer Travel.

   For example, an agent makes a couple of bookings and hits a building rank and all combined commission income totals $760. The same agent has invested in the enrollment fee and monthly fees totalling $1,079. Upon written request from the agent, Evolution & Archer Travel will refund the difference of $319.
